This team is built to serve the engineering needs of small communities in every step of the process from conception to completion. Dayne and Tim have worked together for 8 years to help many small municipalities with their water and wastewater related challenges. Dayne I. Moreton, P.E., and Tim J. Ward, P.E., have years of experience working with projects funded through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF), the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) grants, Indian Health Service (IHS) grants, Tribal Government Program Grants and OWRB Planning and Design Grants.
Dayne I. Moreton, PE
With over 20 years of extensive experience collaborating with various municipalities, state and federal agencies, as well as private entities, we specialize in the planning, design, construction, and project management of water and wastewater facilities. Our robust portfolio also includes drainage improvements, stormwater detention and retention solutions, transportation enhancements, and diverse development projects. Our highly skilled team possesses deep technical expertise in engineering design and advanced systems modeling, enabling us to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions for sustainable projects, guiding them seamlessly from initial concept all the way through to successful completion.
Tim J. Ward, PE
With over 34 years of experience working with municipalities and industry in the design, construction and financing of drinking water and wastewater facilities. Prior to forming his own company, Tim worked for Cowan Group Engineering as Project Manager for 5 years. Most of Tim's knowledge of water and wastewater came from working at the Department of Environmental Quality - Water Quality Division. Over his 25 year career, he began as a plan review engineer for water and wastewater projects and continued his work in several different roles until becoming the Assistant Director for both Water Quality and External Affairs Divisions. Tim has worked as the City or Town Engineer for a number of municipalities as well as providing design and construction management on projects
Sean Brockwell
With over 29 years of experience experience in computer aided design (CAD) as well as management & teaching experience. Mr. Sean Brockwell brings a diverse and extensive background across multiple fields, with expertise spanning treatment plant systems, water and sanitary sewer design, spatial planning, residential and commercial development design, retail furniture design, and structural steel detailing for basic concrete structures to multi-story buildings. His broad experience allows him to approach projects from a variety of perspectives, ensuring both technical accuracy and creative problem-solving.
